    • To make a reservation, a payment of USD 300.00 per person is required. It is essential to send a copy of your passport. This payment is non-refundable.

    • In case of visa denial, only USD 50.00 + VAT administrative expenses per person will be charged.

    • Full payment for a reservation must be made up to 40 days before departure.

    • Cancellations less than 30 days before departure will have a penalty of 100% of the total value of the trip, except for visa denial.

    • If a reservation is received 39 days before departure, the respective total payment must be made within 24 hours after it has been made.

    • Reservations that do not have a subscription may be automatically canceled without the option to make a claim within 24 hours.

    • In the case of groups of more than 10 passengers, full payments must be made 45 days before departure, however, if the group is booked within these days, payment can be negotiated up to 40 days before departure. .

    • Service vouchers will be delivered once the group is issued.

    • Once an invoice has been made, it cannot be cancelled. The operating cost for cancellation is USD. 20.00.

    • Name change without charge is allowed up to 15 days before, USD 150.00 net per person until 8 days before departure, after this no changes are allowed, 100% penalty.
